I have several years experience of teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have also tutored students for their Maths GCSE and have 100% success rate.

I have taught English in the classroom and as a private tutor for over two years. Most of my experience is in teaching children (4 - 16 years old) from non-English speaking countries. I am extremely patient and reassuring to underconfident students and can help students to feel at home with the English Language. I always prepare interesting and educational lessons to suit the student's needs.

I am a 28 year old male, recently completed my doctorate and am looking to supplement university teaching with some private tutoring. I have over a year\'s experience of home tutoring in English at GCSE level, and a year\'s experience of teaching Film Studies at degree level.
I am patient, friendly and communicate well with students of all ages.

Tutored in all the institutions that I attended, both one-on-one sessions and larger classes of up to 13 people. I can provide assistance for paper and exam preparation, and critical assessment of papers. I am a native Greek speaker.

Man sagt dass Genius is 99 percent of hard work, and 1 percent of talent. Also, alles liegt an uns!!

Our tutoring is delivered by specialist tutors and is designedrnfor the specific needs of each individual client

We believe that one-to-one tutoring provides the personalised attention whichrnmost students need (and indeed prefer) in order to reach their full potential.

Hi,

I'm a 24 year old native speaker from Berlin and currently studying English and Spanish at Melbourne Uni (exchange year).

Having studied a variety of languages, I can easily put myself in the place of someone struggling with certain concepts of a foreign tongue or twisting their Mind around something that just doesn't seem to be making any sense.

Sometimes it just takes some explaining and real life examples for everything to fall into place... and that is where I come in.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
I'm looking forward to your messages.

I am an enthusiastic young teacher with experience in many fields. I have taught abroad for Classical Studies in Greece and Italy. My communication skills are excellent due to a performance background.
I can be very engaging and imaginative and really introduce areas of Classical Studies and Geography that will truly captivate the Mind.

The first week of January I'll move to London and I'm eager to work as a tutor. My thesis supervisor mentioned in her speech at my graduation that I would be a good teacher and should consider a career in the education direction. I'm very patient and can look at texts from different angles. Because of that I can explain texts in several ways, understanding their meaning and context quickly and I would like to hear and discuss ideas from others as well.

I am very creative in my teaching and can motivate students to learn. I am a very good listener, and very patient. Teaching is a passion for me.

Campbell is young session and freelance drummer and music teacher located in Melbourne. He is currently instructing drums at Scotch College, taking both group classes and private lessons. He has been teaching both privately and at Scotch for 4 years, and has been involved in some of Australia's premier ensembles, including the Australian Southern Stars Drumline, and has recently returned from Beijing, being involved in the Beijing 2008 Olympic Orchestra. He is regularly gigging around Melbourne, and has vast studio experience.

Private lessons are $25 for half an hour, or $45 an hour at his home in Camberwell. Campbell is experienced in teaching students between the ages of 7 - 35, from beginners to experienced players. Styles taught cover jazz, funk, hip hop. R n B, rock, punk, metal, drum n bass and anything in between.

Campbell's teaching Philosophy is based around having fun with music, while developing skill. A basis of solid technique is essential, while still maintaining an interesting and challenging learning environment.

All lessons are supplemented by an extensive library of online videos and interactive help on his website, and a graded syllabus is available for students wishing to undertake exams.

I am a creative tutor who is good at finding a rappor with tutees before providing them with the help they need to start helping themselves. I am patient, resourceful and enthusiastic when tutoring.

I try to read student's Mind and give lessons nicely so that he / she can digest lessons easily.

I think I can almost teach english with perfectness as according to my student's mentality.

I WILL IDENTIFY SPECIFIC PROBLEMS AND DEVELOP AN ORGANIZED PLAN TO HELP REMEDIATE ISSUES. I WILL REVIEW CURRENT ASSIGNMENTS FOR CLARIFICATION AND MASTERY.

ALL CHILDREN LEARN AT DIFFERENT PACES AND SOMETIMES FALL SHORT WHEN ASKED TO PERFORM AT A PARTICULAR TIME. A CHILD THAT DOES NOT GRASP A CONCEPT AT A CERTAIN POINT WILL BE ABLE TO MASTER THAT CONCEPT AT A DIFFERENT POINT. THE OBJECTIVE of THE TUTOR IS TO STRENGTHEN SKILLS THE CHILD ALREADY POSSESSES AND HELP THE CHILD PROCESS NEW MATERIAL PRESENTED.

Excellent communicator, patient, reliable with great subject knowledge

With over 12 years experience in ancient languages, I have tutored students of many ages and experiences from beginner's language to AS/A2 Level, covering Virgil's Georgics, Homer's Iliad, Aristophanes' Wasps and many more writings. I am very open Minded when it comes to tutoring and having myself been tutored at a young age, I understand what it is like to be a tutee. I am always available for discussion outside of sessions and if the student requires any help, I am more than happy to discuss it by E Mail or telephone. I have the ability to be able to convey information, no matter how difficult, to the student in a very simplistic and understandable manner and always have the best interests of the student in Mind and help them to the best of my ability.

Friendly and attentive to the personal needs of the student.

I am an experiances, patient tutor/mentor figure

I CAN TEACH ANY THING IN COMMERCE FROM ACCOUNTS TO MANAGEMENT, COMMERCE TO ECONONMICS

I am patient, fun and interested in people

I have taught literacy and numeracy full time for the last 5 years. I am reliable, enthusiastic and patient.

I expect the student to inform me of the issues to be discussed before each tutorial (for example: motion, vectors, forces, etc.) so that I can make proper preparation to ensure a high efficiency in the 2-hour duration and make the tutorial more oriented.

I would always like to use graphs and examples to demonstrate the knowledge on textbooks to make the principles or theories easier to understand and memorize.

I will ask the students to go through several typical and comprehensive questions related with the knowledge taught in the last tutorial, as the beginning of each tutorial. In this way I can figure out if the student really mastered the knowledge. If not, I don’t Mind to re-go through the previous knowledge before starting a new topic.

I pay more attention to the way how the students solve questions, rather than just the results as the method will be extremely beneficial for the student not only in physics. In the mean time I will also check that the students will not make careless mistakes in their calculations to avoid losing unnecessary points in exams.

In each tutorial, the schedule is designed as follows, but more flexible rather than fixed:
15~30min: Questions for last tutorial
10~20min: General review of the key points
60~80min: Step by step solving questions on the textbooks
Rest: Conclusions or further discussions

Good understanding of the learners Mind and ability.

I can offer conversation, reading and listening classes in both languages, as well as grammar in German.

I am currently in my fourth year of teaching and have already completed 2 years of private tutoring. I find the experience rewarding and informative to my classroom teaching as I can see how the individual Mind works.

I have just finished the A level exam so everything is still fresh in my Mind. I like to teach, especially Math because I’ve been through the same difficulties that students encounter and I’ve since conquered them. I want to share my shortcuts and skills .I want to bring back the interest in learning by showing students it’s relevance in our daily lives.

Finding the right music teacher can be a difficult and frustrating process. There are many points to consider: the teacher's experience, approach and character to name but a few. For beginners, there is the question of finding the right instrument and whether to buy or hire until the student has decided to make a long term commitment to lessons. For mature beginners there is the question of whether previous musical education is necessary to get the most out of lessons. For more advanced students there is the important consideration of technical and musical development - especially for those considering a career in music.
You'll want to put your Mind at rest on as many of these matters as possible before making a decision to commit to lessons. I offer a free consultation to anyone wishing to take lessons. This gives you the opportunity to discuss your requirements and aspirations in detail, and includes a 30 minute lesson. For those in need of an instrument, I will help you to find the right one to hire or buy.
I am a skilled cellist with 20 years' playing and over 10 years' teaching experience. My career has always been balanced between teaching and performing/ recording, giving me a great deal of practical experience to pass on to my students.
In addition to this, I place strong emphasis on posture and balance with a view to eliminating Tension and RSI issues.

I have three years tutoring experience and love getting to know my students and working out what works best for them, whether it be visual aids or Mind maps, etc. I try to teach creatively, adapting my style to each student and always aim for a relaxed, fun atmosphere. So far I have always found that I connect with the pupil and get great satisfaction when they understand new concepts and increasingly start to enjoy learning.

I am a very rigorous, experienced and highly qualified english teacher. I guarantee high levels of improvement and progress for my students. I teach with books, videos and audio tools to ensure success.

within a short time!

I am a very dedicated teacher. I love to teach and learn from it. Over the past 7 years I have giving tutions and in these years I have experienced one thing that to understand student Mind we need to be on there level not on the level which teachers are. Students are learner, and we should impose them to study let them decide what to do, let them take control in the limits that will make studying more interesting and fun.

I love languages whether I am learning or teaching them. I am a native English speaker and currently studying in Bonn, Germany. I have a desire to teach and explain ideas and concepts with clarity.

I have got a very good way of explaining the problem solving methodology. I know very well that what exactly is that which creates difficulty for the students in understanding the subject. I have got a good Mind reading ability of the students. I am very effective even in the topics like Permutaions and Combinations, Probability, Set Theory, Functions, Relations.
I have been among the top 5 students during my preparation classes for Engineering.

15 years of part time Teaching expereince in India.
Qualifications- B.Tech ., IIT Madras, M.Tech IIT Madras.
A topper thru' out in academics. Have handled Public and Private Teaching assignments. My special skills, besides my subject area knowledge, are motivation, generating interest, study and test taking skills, and the stimulation of a critical thinking, questioning approach to education.
I am extremely communicative with strong motivation skills. I use Mind maps to enhance memory skills. I am friendly, patient and approachable. I get great personal satisfaction from seeing my students acquire new skills.
I offer the following: a.. Undivided attention of the teacher, being one-on-one tutoring. b.. Highly effective and very affordable c.. Customized lesson plans and regular worksheets. d.. Regular review. e.. Tutoring with comfort of your home and hence no commuting required. f.. Flexible timings as per your convenience

As a swimming teacher for all ages i am now uses to this teaching environment and the teacher student relationship.
It is know easier to understand my students state of Mind and create a bond with them

I am first of all, naturally clear-Minded and prize clear thinking. Mathematics are, so far as I am concerned a mere language with its lexies ("words") and sentences. It is often said that I possess a god-given ability of deciphering and discriminating difficulties that people oftentimes encounter in Maths and supply them with the clearest explanation there could be. My Philosophy may be perhaps summed up in the followings : "Everything that is complicated is said to be so, because it is made up of simple elements" Complication has then a borrowed existence, borrowed from the simplicity of elements from which it has been formed, as Leibnitz (German philosopher) would have added. Mathematics are in effect complicated but are in fact simpler than saying hi! I have tutored and taught Maths, Physics to people of a wide range of difficulties and hold a valuable experience, specifically of how to set about finding the best enlightenment for difficulties experienced by a specific student. I am 28 years old and I started to discourse upon mathematics at 16, before even entering University. This is the least it could be said about me. I am naturally patient, listener, open-heartedly friendly...

hie!
I am a patient tutor with target oriented Mind set even for kids...:)

As a tutor it is easy to run through these sorts of subjects like a mathematics equation. There is , however, always a great deal of understanding needed in order to 'get into' Philosophy or sociology. I can know that "Pi r squared" finds the area of a circle but in Philosophy this isn's enough; we need to know why and how, we need to get to a stage of understanding that doesn't manifest its self in a simple equation. The skill of being a good tutor (and helping students attain this underastanding) is in the articulation of these more tender points and the engagement associated with this methodology.

In the past i have helped tutor my sister through her sociology degree; this is an ongoing process and has been quite successful.

I am an Post Graduate in finance and a computer software engineer. I have been teaching maths for last 7yrs. I have a friendly nature. I have a great experience in teaching which makes me efficient enough to judge the childs nature and Mind.

I am a patient tutor, i try to keep an open Mind and listen to what student actually wants to convey. I listen for meanings, for example a student may ask me a muddled question about a small detail or student may be telling you is that he/she is completely lost and doesn't understand the topic at all - or this student may be dyslexic. I treat them with lot of patient and try and explain to them best of my efforst. I some time use games stratergy to explain difficult topic.

I am able to tutor from pre Pre-GCSE including, 11+ and Common Entrance, standard up until University Level. Due to both my age and qualifications with modern methods of teaching I can appeal to the specific student working on a one-to-one basis. By nature as a tutor, I am able to bring the best out of students on an individual level; and am understanding and inspiring yet firm, in order to achieve the greatest potential out of my students.
